The Save Oakland Sports Organization East Bay Business Summit
To support keeping Our Teams in Oakland
Thursday, February 6, 2014
5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The Oakland Airport Hilton Hotel
One Hegenberger Road, Oakland CA

Our sports teams are the East Bay’s most visible and important longtime businesses, and we are part of a community of business leaders and sports fans working to make sure the storied franchise stays in Oakland.

To that end, Save Oakland Sports is inviting you to an important business summit featuring our Teams’ staff, local entrepreneurs, and East Bay business and political leaders.

The Summit will provide you with the opportunity to hear keynote speakers, meet special guests; including members of The Oakland Raiders, and Oakland Mayor Jean Quan, as well as discuss the fine points of proposed Coliseum City. We will also discuss in detail, the benefits to our local businesses of keeping our Teams in Oakland, and this will be a great way to network and promote your business as well.

We ask that you attend this event to learn more about how better to show support for our Teams and SOS. We would like you to publicly pledge your support for SOS’ goals by going to the group’s website at www.saveoaklandsports.org, and share this invitation with others in your personal and professional network.

If you have any questions about the invitation or SOS, please call us at 510-562-2506. I will contact your office within the next two to three weeks to follow-up on this invitation. I look forward to discussing this event with you in more detail and confirming your attendance. Thank you for your consideration.
