The Summit will provide you with the opportunity to hear keynote speakers, meet special guests; including members of The Oakland Raiders, and Oakland Mayor Jean Quan, as well as discuss the fine points of proposed Coliseum City. We will also discuss in detail, the benefits to our local businesses of keeping our Teams in Oakland, and this will be a great way to network and promote your business as well.

A’s Fan Radio is pleased to announce that we will once again broadcast Save Oakland Sports‘ Year End Get Together and Fundraiser, which will take place at Ricky’s Sports Theatre and Grill in San Leandro, CA from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. Rick Tittle will serve as MC for the event, while guest speakers will include Oakland Mayor Jean Quan, Dave Newhouse and many more.
“We are honored to once again broadcast this great event for Save Oakland Sports,” said show producer Keith “Cpl RFA” Salminen, who also serves on the board of directors for the group that is doing its part to help keep the A’s, Raiders and Warriors in Oakland. “We not only had a great turn out for the event at Ricky’s, but many fans of all 3 of Oakland’s pro teams tuned in from around the world to catch the action and sent us as well as SOS very positive feedback.”

I’m Nick Badders and I am a 15 years old living in the Bay Area. I’m an A’s Season Ticket Holder in the RF Bleachers and ballhawk at A’s, Ports, Nuts, and Giants games. Here, I write about my experiences going to and snagging balls at Minor League Baseball games.

I’m an Oakland Athletics Season Ticket holder and sit in Section 149 of the Right Field Bleachers. I love going to Major and Minor League baseball games and snagging balls, which I began to do in 2011. To date, I've snagged 165 Minor League Baseballs and 185 Major League Baseballs.
